With extensive experience in leadership development and mindfulness training, she is the first Vietnamese certified instructor of the Search Inside Yourself (SIY) program. She has delivered the SIY program to more than 350 managers and business leaders, while bringing mindfulness-based practices to over 30 leading companies in Vietnam across a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, insurance, banking, retail, and technology.

She is also the co-founder of the "Bạn Ơi Khỏe Không" ("How Are You?") community initiative, which supported the well-being of more than 10,000 members during the COVID-19 pandemic by promoting mental health and community resilience.
