Terms of Use

Talent Connect Plus Terms of Use last updated September 11, 2025. Please review these Terms carefully as they form a binding contract between us and contain crucial information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. IF YOU RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA, BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO SETTLE ALL DISPUTES WITH TALENT CONNECT PLUS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT OR THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION ONLY, AND YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTIONS OR TO HAVE CLAIMS DECIDED BY A JURY, AS DETAILED IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION. Talent Connect Plus aims to enhance lives through learning. We empower anyone, anywhere, to create and share educational services (instructors) and to access those services for learning (students). We believe our marketplace model is the best way to provide valuable educational services to our users. We need rules to ensure our platform and services are safe for you, us, and our community of students and instructors. These Terms apply to all your activities on the Talent Connect Plus website, mobile applications, TV applications, APIs, and other related services.

Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access

Under our Instructor Terms, when instructors publish content on Talent Connect Plus, they grant us a license to offer that content to students. This means we have the right to sublicense the content to enrolled students. As a student, when you enroll in a course or other content, whether free or paid, you receive a license from Talent Connect Plus to view the content through our platform and Services, with Talent Connect Plus as the licensor of record. Content is licensed, not sold, to you.

This license does not permit you to resell the content in any way (including sharing account information with others or illegally downloading and sharing it on torrent sites). In legal terms, Talent Connect Plus grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through our Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with the specific content or feature.

We generally provide a lifetime access license to our students upon enrollment in a course or other content. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use content at any time if we decide or are obligated to disable access due to legal or policy reasons, such as if the course is subject to a copyright complaint or violates our Trust & Safety Guidelines. To clarify, lifetime access pertains to course content but not to the instructor.
